hey!i look at your blog everyday (not joking) and it is just my unconditional favourite blog...and the music you listen to is AMAZING! Matt Corby is my absolute favourite but i love best coast, cold war kids......everything. u are actaully the coolest! ever. would love to be friends
oh wow that's really lovely. thanks so much. where are you from?
sydney...the northern beaches. not sure how old u are though. im just a wee youngen (16) but its cool. just wanted to let you know. that....your really cool. :)
oh nice. my sister lives in sydney. i'm only eighteen :) ha thank you so much. it's nice when people say nice things. i followed your tumblr with my kitten blog (http://mittensforkittens.tumblr.com/) so i can see the things you post. which are amazing, by the way, compared to most lunatics on tumblr.
aaaah i see. a cat fan...im more a dog person but it a really great blog. and i do agree. there are some REALLY weird people on tubmlr. i was once asked if i could post more "girls wearing straw hats"??? and thankyou about my blog. glad u liked it....does that mean u are at uni/college?
kittens are the best :)haha. strange request. but i suppose reasonable for some tumblr freak. yeah i'm at design college, it is ever so wonderful. any idea what you want to do after school?
design college....mhm. yeah i want to be an interior designer. but im worried about uni vs. college and living away from home. my two best friends both want to go to Canada for uni and i cant work out why they would leave me!. ive always loved melbourne. it would be really good to live down there. are you in nsw? (and sorry i am taking up your time, but its interesting to talk to someone you;ve never met) :)
yeah interior design would be cool. i'm doing graphic design and it's rad. and i definitely recommend college over uni. from what i've experienced, it's a much better option. have you looked into studying in canada? because that would kind of be amazing. and yeah melbourne would be perfect for any kind of design really, i might move there after i finish my course. no i live in brisbane. it's pretty nice i guess. the sunshine and heat is pretty intense, but i love it.you're taking no time at all, seriously. it's nice that someone from afar is interested in my life ha.
graphic design would be really great. it just seems so many people want to do it. it would be nice to go to a specific college but REALLY expensive. and i agree on melbourne, best food, cool people and really good shops. have u always lived in QLD? and was also going to ask. what magazine do you read. im really into frankie. and yen :). glad im not boring you to death
i was born in america, moved to brisbane when i was four and have lived here ever since. umm i guess frankie occasionally. although i am completely obsessed with lula, it's amazing i recommend it completely. it only comes out every eight months but it's so worth the wait!
sorry i didnt reply. internet was weird. thats really cool you lived in America, does that mean u have an american accent. and lula! wow ive never heard of that but it must be really exciting to wait for 8 months then finally get it? is it really thick? and also. not sure if u are a massive matt corby fan but i am and looked at this song that he sung in England (he is over there now, isnt he? pretty sure) and he has this really amazing english accent going on. was suprised at how sexy it was! hahahhaa. probally sound weird..it was also a really good song.ill give you the link http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0xb40bFFON0&feature=related hope you like it :)
oh and i never asked your name. my name is grace walker. nice to meet you :)
i don't really have an accent, i guess some words have a slight twang but yeah, not too noticeable. yes lula. please invest into it, it's the best. it's so thick it'll keep you going for so long. um wow. i am a huge matt corby fan. he's actually my favourite. oh my goodness, thanks so much for showing me that video. far out he's just incredible.i'm jasmine holm :) likewise!
awww. saw your post. thought you would like it! how good is that song. god he is gorgeous! and he is defiantly my favourite. have you seen him live? im sure you have. and i will defiantly read lula. where can you buy it? also thats a realllllly cool name..... showed my friend your blog today and she loved it. im starting a bit of a fan base :)whats your top 5 favourite music/bands?
yess i've seen him live three times now. so good. you can get lula at newsagents and borders, an issue only just came out in like february so you may have just missed it, but you can get them online too, which is pretty handy. haha that's so funny. thank you!um wow. that's so not a fair question. but i guess the easiest way to answer is to tell you what i've been playing over the past couple of days? best coast, smith westerns, the morning benders, spacemen 3 and sufjan stevens. but that's definitely not my all time favourite, just what i'm into right now. gosh there are so many though....hmm i don't think you want to get into a music conversation with me haha, i will go a little nuts. do you have a top five? i wont be offended if you can't answer either ;)
hahhaha. well i was looking up a few artist i hadnt heard on your blog and i really like sufjan stevens. but.....hm. top 5, defiantly matt corby, boy and bear, bon iver...then there are artist that i only like a few songs of but i listen to alot like The Little Hands Of Asphalt, the drums. Will always love the beatles. so much. it is such a hard question. ALSO i was watching an interview of matt corby and he was asked what song do you wish you had written and he was like "amazing grace" and i pretty much fainted. hahhahaha. how pathetic. but it was exctiting. oh yeah thought of some more. two door cinema club and last dinosaurs. but there are sooo many more. i am similar, get me started on music and i dont think i can stop :)
you have very good taste!
